Richard Holmes - is a certified personal trainer with over 30 years of experience working with young athletes in the Metro Denver area. He is currently the Dean of Students, football and track coach at Bishop Machbeuf High School who has been an instructor with Rocky Mountain Speed Camp for the past 8 years.
Keith Billingsley - has over twenty years of experience working with youth in settings from soccer fields, to group homes, to youth camps, and is currently a licensed coach with CHSAA, working as the Sprint Coach for the Cherry Creek High School Track Team. Keith has enjoyed being a coach for several years, including Rangeview High School Sprint Coach 1995-1997 and Youth Soccer Coach for both Aurora Soccer Club and Rocky Mountain Soccer Academy 1999-2006. Keith attended Manual High School in Denver where he earned a District Championship in Track 1985, 86 and 87, and went on to attend Hasting College in Nebraska with a full ride Scholarship in Track & Field. Keith was a very accomplished athlete while at Hastings College and currently still holds three records there (Done College Field House record in the 300y - 31.18 and the Conference records for 300y - 31.08 and 600y - 1:12.2). He was also a four-time Conference champ (indoor) for the 300y and 600y in 1988-1991 and four-time Conference Champ and national qualifier (outdoor) for the 400m, 4x4 and 4x2 events in 1988-1991. Keith possesses a definite passion for working with young athletes and has a strong understanding of what it takes to become an outstanding athlete.
Jo Barnes - Fourth year being involved in Rocky Mountain Speed Camp. Attended school in Aurora Public Schools and Cherry Creek School Districts. Graduated from Overland High School where he was a stand out athlete in track and football. While there he earned four state titles, and numerous regional and conference titles in track. He also was a two time All Conference and one time All State selection in football, winning Overland's first State Championship in football his senior year. Earned a full ride athletic scholarship in football and attended Idaho State University. Playing cornerback he was a four year letter winner, three time All-Conference Academic selection, and an All Conference selection his senior year. Following college he spent one year as a math teacher for East Middle School in APS, then went on to three seasons in the pros, two of them in the CFL with the Calgary Stampeders. He was on the 2001 Grey Cup Championship team.
Jessica Walker - Is Pilates certified thru Core Conditioning in L.A., California and Polestar Education. She has over four years of training experience. Jessica has extensive experience in Pilates instruction from post injury rehab to professional athletics. Pilates training builds strength, stability, and flexibility. Core conditioning is a large part of the Pilates repertoire. Pilates, in sports, can aid in increased agility, balance and overall injury prevention.
Dr. Todd Page, N.D. Nutritional Consultant - Youth Track and Field national record holder in the sprints and All-American as a youth. One-time top-rated natural body-builder and personal trainer. Certified Live Blood Cell Microscopist, First-Aid, and CPR.
Daniel W. Hahn - Dan Hahn is the College Counselor for Bishop Machebeuf High School located in Denver, Colorado. Over the last 10 years Dan has worked with youths in athletics and in the classroom. Undergraduate Award: Colorado Scholars Scholarship and Athletic Scholarship (Baseball). Education: Bachelor of Science-Allied Health Science. Developed own course curriculum to provide the maximum course loads in the areas of physical, medical, psychological, and physiological sciences. The degree was approved by the Board of Education and is the only one that has been given to date Metropolitan State College, Denver, Colorado.
Tom Tesone - In his third year as head football coach at Bishop Machebeuf High School, he is a PE teacher and also an assistant basketball coach. He graduated from Cherry Creek High School where he earned All State and All American honors as a quarterback. He was named the Denver Post Gold Helmet Award winner in 1972. He earned nine letters in football, basketball and track in high school. In his senior year in track he qualified in the 100yd dash, 110 high hurdles, long jump and the 4x400 relay team. He attended CU as a defensive back, and after numerous injuries, was still signed by Green Bay as a free agent. He has coached at Cherry Creek, Mullen and at Ranum High Schools. He is married with five children and lives in Douglas County.
