Steps to complete registration

1.     Print a registration form from Rosamond Park, Bishop Machebeuf High School, or Smoky Hill High School - Fill out personal sheet with your student athletes info.
2.     Print liability waiver - Parent or legal guardian must sign and return with         registration form.
3.     Mail registration form and liability waiver with check or money order to:

4.     Credit card payments are accepted. Please call 303-362-1072. Your         credit card authorization code will be emailed to you.
